Complementing the Talent Factory initiative, RMS also partners with the Youth Employment Service (YES) to tackle youth unemployment in our country. We proudly associate ourselves with this initiative and have witnessed the ability of the YES programme to leapfrog young people out of their economic circumstances. Through our efforts, we are driving positive change in utilities management while empowering the next generation of leaders.

This pioneering 12-month experiential learning programme is designed to fill the critical skills shortage in the utility sector, empowering young professionals with practical, hands-on experience and the requisite skills to work effectively in the rapidly evolving utility management industry.
